I’m opening up my studio as part of First Saturday Open Studios, a completely free, open to the public event, every month, and a great chance to step into the spaces where art is actually being made.
I’ll be welcoming visitors into my studio at the ARC: Artist Resource Centre at Unit 305 - 1701 Powell Street. If you’ve ever been curious about what goes on behind the scenes, how paintings are made, or even just what a working studio feels like, this is your chance.
My space will have a mix of ongoing pieces, finished works for sale, and my home studio open for viewing. What I appreciate most about this event is the variety. You’re not just visiting one artist, you’re stepping into a network of studios, each with its own approach, pace, and personality.
If you decide to stop by, feel free to ask questions and explore the art. There’s no pressure to buy anything, showing up is enough.
